Abstract

The presence of American military forces in regions such as the Korean Peninsula, Japan, Bahrain, as NATO in Europe, and along the coasts of China and Russia all indicate America's strategy to become a global hegemon. One of America's policies has been dominance in the region and containment of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Since the victory of the Islamic Revolution and the fundamental changes in Iran's foreign policy, disagreements between the Islamic Republic and the United States have emerged in various dimensions and, in recent years, have peaked with the addition of new challenges. This research was conducted with the aim of explaining military and non-military threats through U.S. influence against the Islamic Republic of Iran from the victory of the Islamic Revolution until the year 1400 (2021-2022). This study, in terms of methodology, is descriptive and analytical; it used not only library studies and documentary texts and contents but also benefited from interviews with elites and their opinions. The objective of this article is to investigate U.S. military threats against the Islamic Republic, and the results of the research indicate that in its latest threatening actions, the United States seeks to create an integrated and allied network for collective threats against the Islamic Republic of Iran. AdditionallyAmerica's hegemony has shown a declining trend, to the extent that its conspiracies against the Islamic Republic of Iran have reached a dead end.
