Abstract
Despite having more than four decades of managerial experience with various methods combined with dedication and selflessness, which have neutralized numerous potential and actual threats, there is no structured model for managing the country's security areas to guide present and future management, particularly for the use of younger generations. For this reason, a study titled 'Providing a Management Model for the Country's Security Areas with Emphasis on the Experiences of Commanders and Officials of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps in the Protective Domain' was conducted. The present research was written with the aim of scientifically studying security issues, especially sustainable security in security areas, based on the experiences of commanders, and aims to design a model for managing the security areas of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This research is applied in nature and was conducted using a descriptive (case-study and field-based) method with a mixed approach, employing content analysis and data collection through library and field methods. The required data were obtained through reviewing and taking notes from documents and records, books and available articles, credible websites, semi-structured interviews, as well as distributing questionnaires among individuals. The sample size of the statistical population was conducted. Ultimately, the security management model for the country's regions was developed, emphasizing the experiences of commanders and officials of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps in the protective domain, consisting of 7 components and 37 indicators.
