Abstract

 
The Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Swan due to his nobility at the strategic level, has a comprehensive and complete knowledge of all types of security threats in the country. His Eminence's general statements and specific measures contain important points in recognizing and neutralizing threats. In this research, the researcher specifically seeks to scientifically formulate and explain the role of His Holiness in detecting and neutralizing security threats. For this purpose, first, security threats have been divided into three categories: hard threats, soft threats, and hybrid threats, and then based on the statements, a detailed and comprehensive compilation of the role of His Eminence in detecting and neutralizing hybrid threats has been done.
First, based on the statements, the role of His Eminence in detecting and identifying hybrid threats, and then the role of His Eminence in neutralizing hybrid threats using MaxQda software has been well explained. Based on his statements, His Eminence has provided the possibility of identifying and discovering the concepts of combined threats to a great extent by explicitly stating the concepts, policies, strategies, goals, tools, methods, dimensions, arenas, actors, and components of combined threats, and then by stating coping strategies, neutralization tools, coping policies, coping agents and actors, etc. They have provided clarification and guidance on confronting and neutralizing the combined threats.
